CHAKRA CLEARING AND BALANCING

Original teachings about the subtle energy system known as the Chakras come from Eastern medicine.

Chakra in Sanscript means "wheel".

The chakras have seven major energy centers in our bodies.

Each has a vibrational frequency/musical note and color frequency.

Much of our auric field energy is supplied from the Chakras.

When blocks accumulate in the Chakras, a disruption in the flow of energy results, disrupting the harmony in the energy field, which may eventually cause dis-ease, as well as emotional and mental disorders in the physical body.

Chakras connect the spiritual body to the physical one. They regulate the flow of energy in the electrical network that runs through the physical body.

Our chakras can be compared to plumbing. If the plumbing is blocked, the drains can't go down into the pipes and out. 

Our electrical system can be compared to the wiring in a house. It allows electrical current to be sent to every part and is ready for use when needed.

Much of my work includes Chakra work. Reiki hand positions are over the Chakra centers. In Frequency Healing, the frequency tuning forks and the body tuning forks are colored and the frequencies correspond to the Chakras frequencies.

To see the spin of a Chakra: Take a pendulum, hold it over each chakra. Notice how it spins and the direction it spins, over each one.

ROOT CHAKRA      MULADHARA

Color: Red

Location: Base of the Spine/gonads/perinum.

Assoc.: Our connection to our body and the Earth, money, security, groundedness, etc.

Related glands, organs and functions: Bladder, colon, adrenal glands, lower back, blood, bone, immune system, elimination system, etc.  

Possible Problems: Weight problems, hemorrhoids, constipation, sciatica, arthritis, etc.

Stones: Ruby, garnet, red coral, jasper, etc.

                Element: Earth         Intent: To liberate

SACRAL CHAKRA     SWADHISTHANA
                                      Sweetness   6 Red Petals Color: Orange

Location: Navel

Assoc.: Sexuality, appetites and desires, lower body, Our Inner Child, etc.

Related glands, organs and functions: Reproductive system, kidneys, bladder, hips, pelvis, spleen, prostate, lower abdomen, lower back, etc.

Possible Problems: Impotence, frigidity, uterine, bladder or kidney difficulties, lower back, etc.

Stones: Carnelian, coral, amber, garnet, moonstone, etc.

      Element: Water         Intent: To change

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA

Color: Yellow/gold

Location: Between the naval and the points of the rib cage.

Assoc.: Personal power, fear, addictions, digestive and eating issues, metabolism, etc.

Related glands, organs and functions: Stomach, intestines, pancreas, spleen, liver, gallbladder, digestive system, mid back, etc.

Possible Problems: Ulcers, diabetes, hypoglycemia, digestive disorders, gallstones, mid back, etc.

Stones: Citrine, amber, tigers eye, topaz, ritualized quartz, malachite, etc.

    Element:   Fire         Intent: Transformation

HEART     CHAKRA

Color: Green

Location: Mid sternum

Assoc.: Ability to give and receive LOVE, understanding, anger, resentment, unforgiveness, etc.

Related glands, organs and functions: Thymus gland, lymph glands, lungs, heart, circulatory system, respiratory system, breasts, upper back, shoulders, arms, etc.

Possible Problems: Asthma, high blood pressure, heart problems, etc.

Stones: Emerald, jade, green tourmaline, peridot, green calcite, rose quartz, etc.

  Element: Air         Intent: To be connected

THROAT CHAKRA

Color: Blue

Location: Throat

Assoc.: Communication, speech, creativity, expression, etc.

Related glands, organs and functions: Thyroid gland, parathyroid, esophagus, larynx, auditory system, throat, tongue, mouth, teeth, etc.

Possible Problems: Thyroid problems, hearing problems, sore throat, neck, colds, etc.

Stones: Aquamarine, turquoise, chrysocolla, blue topaz, blue lace agate, etc.

  Element: Ether         Intent: Expression

THIRD EYE CHAKRA

Color: Purple

Location: Center of forehead.

Assoc.: Psychic abilities, clairvoyance, insight, vision, clarity, center of Christ consciousness, etc.

Related glands, organs, and function: Brain, pituitary and pineal glands, sinuses, eyes, nose, ears, nervous system, etc.

Possible Problems: Blindness, blurred vision, eye strain, headaches, sinus problems, nightmares, etc.

Stones: Sapphire, fluorite, lapis lazuli, azurite, etc.

    Element: Light         Intent: Intuition

CROWN CHAKRA

Color: White/Violet

Location: Top of head, extending upward.

Assoc.: Connection with the spiritual realm, awareness, peace, well being, etc.

Related glands, organs and function: Brain, cerebral cortex, pituitary gland, pineal gland, nervous system, skin, etc.

Stones: Amethyst, diamond, barite, granite, purple fluorite, clear quartz, etc.

Intent: Divine Alignment
