Through my awareness I have noticed that there are readings that raise your frequency/vibrational rate. As you read them you notice this awareness in your body. I have found that The Lords Prayer is one of those readings for me. I believe this scripture is very powerful.

THE LORDS PRAYER

Our Father,

Which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done

on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this

day our daily bread. And forgive us our

debts, as we forgive our debtors.

Lead us not into temptation, but

deliver us from evil: For thine

is the kingdom, and the

power, and the glory,

for ever. Amen
